Ordering

The basis for an order is an approved drawing or sketch with measurements. With simpler plates, the measurements of the plate can be confirmed in numbers as well and a sketch is not required.
The order confirmation has to specify the shade and surface treatment of the product as well as special conditions or references to specific samples.

After the drawing/sketch has been confirmed, we issue an advance payment invoice. The advance payment invoice is 50% of the total price of the product, which includes local taxes.
After the product has been completed and before it is sent out, we submit a final invoice, which includes transport costs and 50% of the product cost.

The calculation of the agreed delivery time will begin as of the receipt of the advance payment invoice!!!

We will send you photos of the product when it is completed.

Payments can be made either by bank transfer or PayPal. If you wish to use PayPal, please let us know.

The delivery time of the products may vary depending on the complexity of the product and the queue of orders. It has to be kept in mind that concrete requires time to set and so the minimum delivery time is 2-3 weeks.

Usually, changes in the design of the product can be made for two to three days after the receipt of the advance payment invoice, but after that we have already begun casting the mould and changes may require making a new mould.
